RETURN POLICY

Goods sold are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Return and exchange of goods are only allowed on the following condition: –

Only damaged goods will be replaced.

Replacement will be on a one-to-one exchange of the same item.

Please return within 5 days upon receipt of the damaged goods. (Retain the receipt for reference).

If the damaged goods are returned and replacement claim is made via postal delivery service, all charges and other associated costs incurred have to be borne by the claimant.

If the returned goods do net reach us in 5 days from the date of receipt, the claim will not be entertained.

Proof of purchase stating details of the claimant, the product, the postal delivery note and the reason for the return have to be provided.
